25% of the total rental amount is payable within 2 days of your
reservation, with the remaining balance due no later than four weeks prior to
your scheduled arrival. We prefer payment via Paypal (we are verified) Out of state (outside Maryland) personal checks are not accepted for the final payment. Personal checks are accepted for the
initial payment 90 days prior to arrival. All prices are subject to the
(4.5%) City & (6%) Sales tax.
